1706.01 FINDING.

In that all areas of the City are zoned, pursuant to Article 1301 of the Planning and Zoning Code, for residential construction, therefore it is hereby found that all areas of the City, notwithstanding any zoning appellation to the contrary, are residential in nature for the purposes authorized by West Virginia Code 8-12-5(30).
