Beginning at the point of intersection of the Fairmont City line and Buffalo Creek, and proceeding easterly along the Fairmont city line to Monongahela River, and proceeding southerly along Monongahela River to Low Level Bridge, and proceeding northerly along Low Level Bridge to Madison Street, and proceeding northerly along Madison Street to Washington Street, and proceeding easterly along Washington Street to Quincy Street, and proceeding northerly along Quincy Street to Pierpoint Avenue, and proceeding easterly along Pierpoint Avenue to Boydston Street, and proceeding northerly along Boydston Street to Jamison Street, and proceeding westerly along Jamison Street to Quincy Street, and proceeding northerly along Quincy Street to Spring Street, and proceeding northerly along Spring Street to Pennsylvania Avenue, and proceeding northerly to Buffalo Creek, and proceeding northerly along Buffalo Creek to the point of beginning.
