Beginning at the point of intersection of the Fairmont City line and Monongahela River, and proceeding easterly along the Fairmont City line to Monongahela Railway, and proceeding southerly along Monongahela Railway to the Fairmont City line, and proceeding southerly along the Fairmont City line 580 feet more or less, and proceeding northerly 160 feet more or less to King Street, and proceeding northerly along King Street to Speedway Avenue, and proceeding westerly along Speedway Avenue to King Street, and proceeding northerly along King Street to Indiana Avenue, and proceeding northerly along Indiana Avenue to Morgantown Avenue, and proceeding westerly along Morgantown Avenue to Reeves Avenue, and proceeding northerly along Reeves Avenue to Unnamed Alley between May Street and Reeves Avenue, and proceeding westerly along the Unnamed Alley between May Street and Reeves Avenue to Fairfax Street, and proceeding westerly along Fairfax Street to E. Park Avenue, and proceeding westerly along E. Park Avenue to Euclid Street, and proceeding southerly along Euclid Street to Maryland Avenue, and proceeding westerly along Maryland Avenue to Alta Vista Avenue, and proceeding northerly along Alta Vista Avenue 1,209 feet more or less, and proceeding northerly 3,664 feet more or less to Monongahela River, and proceeding westerly along Monongahela River to Low Level Bridge, and proceeding northerly along Low Level Bridge to Monongahela River, and proceeding easterly along Monongahela River to the point of beginning.
