(a) Beginning at the point of intersection of an unnamed Alley located between May Street and Reeves Avenue and Fairfax Street, and proceeding easterly along the unnamed Alley to Reeves Avenue, and proceeding southerly along Reeves Avenue to Morgantown Avenue, and proceeding easterly along Morgantown Avenue to Indiana Avenue, and proceeding southerly along Indiana Avenue to King Street, and proceeding southerly along King Street to Speedway Avenue, and proceeding easterly along Speedway Avenue 160 feet more or less, and proceeding southerly 580 feet more or less to the Fairmont City line, and proceeding westerly along the Fairmont City line to Hilltop Drive, and proceeding northerly along Hilltop Drive to the Fairmont City line, and proceeding westerly along the Fairmont City line to the Pleasant Valley/Fairmont City line, and proceeding southerly along the Pleasant Valley/Fairmont City line to Clinton Street, and proceeding easterly along Clinton Street to Barnes Street, and proceeding easterly along Barnes Street to Dayton Street, and proceeding northerly along Dayton Street to Haymond Street, and proceeding easterly along Haymond Street to Guffy Street, and proceeding northerly along Guffy Street to Haymond Street, and proceeding northerly along Haymond Street to Morgantown Avenue, and proceeding easterly along Morgantown Avenue to Mason Street, and proceeding northerly along Mason Street to Ohio Avenue, and proceeding easterly along Ohio Avenue to Alta Vista Avenue, and proceeding northerly along Alta Vista Avenue to Maryland Avenue, and proceeding easterly along Maryland Avenue to Euclid Street, and proceeding northerly along Euclid Street to E. (b) As well as beginning at the point of intersection of State Route 310 and I-79, and proceeding southerly along State Route 310 to Stoney Road, and proceeding westerly along Stoney Road to Pumpkin Run Road, and proceeding westerly along Pumpkin Run Road to the Pleasant Valley City line, and proceeding westerly along the Pleasant Valley City line to I-79, and proceeding easterly along I-79 to the point of beginning.
(c) As well as beginning at the point of intersection of the Fairmont City line and Wave Tech Pool Road, and proceeding easterly along the Fairmont City line to Wave Tech Pool Road, and proceeding northerly along Wave Tech Pool Road to the point of beginning.
(d) As well as beginning at the point of intersection of Pinch Gut Hollow Road and Justin Drive, and proceeding southerly along Pinch Gut Hollow Road to Dusty Trail, and proceeding westerly along Dusty Trail to the Pleasant Valley City line, and proceeding westerly along the Pleasant Valley City line to Justin Drive, and proceeding easterly along Justin Drive to the point of beginning.
