There shall be and are hereby established and/or re-established nine voting districts within the corporate limits of the City of Fairmont, which districts are specifically bounded and described on the "Metes and Bounds Description of the Nine Re-established Voting Districts of the City of Fairmont 2000", which description is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set out verbatim herein.
