743.06 FORTUNETELLERS.

The fee for an annual license to act as a fortuneteller, palmist, phrenologist, spiritualist, medium, clairvoyant, mind reader, or any other person who performs the art or profession of telling the past or forecasting the future shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00).
