1766.07 TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP.

It shall be unlawful for the owner of any real property which has been graded, cut, stripped or filled to sell, transfer, lease or otherwise dispose of such property without providing the grantee, transferee, or lessee a copy of the grading permit and a written verified statement that the same has been duly complied with.
