Whoever violates any provision or section of this article for which no penalty is specifically provided, or fails to comply with any of the requirements hereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day that a violation is permitted to or continues to exist shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 1951. Passed 5-24-22.)
