The provisions of this article shall not apply retroactively; nothing herein shall be construed to mandate the removal or relocation of mobile homes already in place on property within the City limits but not situated in areas designated as mobile home parks. Provided, however, nothing herein shall be construed as extending any temporary permit granted by the Board of Adjustments. Provided, further, any move of mobile homes presently in place must be to a mobile home park and not to another residential area not designated as a mobile home perk.
