1507.03 CHIEF OF BUREAU.

Subject to West Virginia Civil Service law and regulation, the Chief of the Fire Department shall designate an officer, or member, of the Fire Department as Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention, who shall hold this office at the pleasure of the Chief of the Fire Department.
