1101.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Section 1101.02 at a place or location where signs are located pursuant to Section 1101.05 shall be punished by a fine of ten dollars ($10.00). Whoever violates Section 1101.05 and/or Section 1101.07 shall be punished by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00). Each time this article is violated shall be considered a separate offense.
