941.29 FAILURE TO COMPLY; MISDEMEANOR; PENALTY.

(b) Every person convicted of a misdemeanor for a violation of any of the provisions of this article shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or by imprisonment in the Regional Jail system for not more than thirty (30) days.
