941.27 DELEGATION OF DUTIES; STORMWATER PROGRAM MANAGER.

The Director may delegate any duty imposed upon him by the provisions of this article to a Stormwater Program Manager, who shall be appointed by the Director and who shall be responsible for the operation, oversight and management of the daily operations of the City of Fairmont’s stormwater system, the stormwater works, and the stormwater management program.
