(a) All drainage systems and stormwater treatment and management practices shall comply with the criteria, standards and specifications contained in the City of Fairmont Design Manual for Stormwater Management.
(b) In addition to the criteria, standards and specifications required for proper stormwater management, this manual will include a list of acceptable stormwater treatment practices, including the specific design criteria for each stormwater practice. The manual may be updated and expanded from time to time, at the discretion of the Director, based on advancements in engineering, science, monitoring and local maintenance experience.
