939.10 DISPOSAL OF MATERIALS.

Disposal of recyclable materials with other municipal wastes by any person is prohibited and shall be a violation of this article. Disposal by collectors or operators of recycling facilities of source separated recyclable material into the Marion County Landfill is prohibited unless markets do not exist and the collectors or operators have notified the City in writing.
