939.07 OWNERSHIP OF RIGID RECYCLING CONTAINER.

All rigid recycling containers supplied by Browning-Ferris Industries, Inc. to the residences shall be and remain the property of Browning-Ferris Industries, Inc. The container shall remain with the residence and it shall not move with the resident, owner or renter of any municipal dwelling.
