937.08 PRIVATE COLLECTION FOR COMMERCIAL USER.

Any commercial entity will be designated a nonuser if such entity contracts for private collection of solid waste by a collection service duly authorized by the West Virginia Public Service Commission to operate within the City. Any such collector shall be subject to all applicable provisions of this article.
