937.04 VIOLATION.

(a) It shall be unlawful for the owner, tenant, occupant and/or other person or persons responsible for any parcel of real estate situate in the corporate limits of the City of Fairmont to violate any provision of this article.

(b) It shall further be unlawful for the owner, tenant, occupant and/or other person or persons responsible for any parcel of real estate situate in the corporate limits of the City of Fairmont to permit a violation of any provision of this article.
