931.02 AUTHORITY.

By the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974 and 1996 amendment, and the Code of West Virginia, Chapter 16, Article 1 and Public Health Laws, West Virginia Bureau for Public Health Chapter 1, Article 5B, the City of Fairmont has the primary responsibility for preventing water from unapproved sources, or any other substances, from entering the public potable water system.
