917.08 MUNICIPAL UTILITY CUTS.

All street and sidewalk and curb openings required by utilities owned and/or operated by the City shall be made and restored under the direction and supervision of the Engineer. The permit, fee, deposit, insurance and bond requirements of this article shall not be applicable to any openings made by such municipally owned and/or operated utilities.
