With reference to the foregoing sections, the Director of Public Works shall maintain schedules or lists of streets, avenues, roads or alleys having an assigned priority for purposes of repair, reconstruction or original construction. Assignment of priorities shall be an administrative matter within the discretion of the Director of Public Works. Such schedule shall be available to the public upon the request of any resident.
