905.08 SNOW REMOVAL BY CITY; ASSESSMENT OF COSTS.

The Director of Public Works, after the expiration of the times specified in Section 905.07, may without notice remove any snow or ice not removed as provided in Section 905.07, and make report to Council of the cost and expense, which may be assessed against the person and property so delinquent.
