905.03 PLACING INJURIOUS SUBSTANCES ON STREETS OR SIDEWALKS.

No person shall place salt water on any of the improved streets or sidewalks in the City, or place any other substance thereon, the effect of which shall be to injure, damage or disintegrate the materials of which such street or sidewalk improvement is made.
