(a) The annual license fee for a license issued under the provisions of this article to a fraternal or veterans organization or a nonprofit social club shall be three hundred seventy- five dollars ($375.00).
(b) The annual license fee for a license under the provisions of this article to a private club other than as specified in the subsection (a) hereof, shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00), if such private club has less than 1,000 members and twelve hundred and fifty dollars ($1,250) if such club has 1,000 or more members.
(c) The fee for any such license issued following the first day of January of any year and to expire on the thirtieth day of June of such year shall be one-half of the annual license fee prescribed by subsections (a) and (b) hereof.
