743.01 LICENSES REQUIRED; LEVY OF FEES.

No person shall, without a City license, engage in or prosecute, within the City, any of the businesses, activities, trades, or employments named in this article. The license fees specified in this article are hereby levied on every person engaging in or prosecuting within the City any such businesses, activities, trades or employments.
