For the purposes of this article:
(a) "Permanent photographer" means actual, bona-fide residence on the part of the person in this City for a period of at least ninety consecutive days, if a natural person, or the maintenance of an office for such period in this City if a corporation.
(b) "Transient photographer" means any itinerant photographer, picture or view taker, coupon salesman, enlargement solicitor, or solicitor or canvasser therefor.
