854.02 PROCEDURE.

(a) Unless modified herein the general procedures applicable to the application, issuance, suspension, revocation, appeal and review of a snow plowing license shall be as outlined in Chapter 810 of this Code.

(b) For the purposes of this Chapter all references to the Chief of Police in Chapter 810 shall be interpreted as referring to the Service Director or his designee.
