(a) Every individual, operator, corporation or other entity, hereinafter collectively referred to as applicant, conducting the business of snow plowing of residential or commercial property in the City of Fairlawn must obtain a license for each snow plowing vehicle operating within the City of Fairlawn from the City's Service Director or his designee as provided in this Chapter.
(b) Every title owner of single family or multi-family residential property and/or commercial property in the City of Fairlawn who plows and/or clears ice and snow from his/her own property is exempted from obtaining a license.
