(a) Any person licensed to conduct business as a security guard provider or a private investigation agency within the City shall provide written notice of any transfer of the business or agency to the Director of Public Safety and to any person who receives the security guard or investigative services within ten days of the date of transfer.
(b) Written notice shall include, but not be limited to, the following information: the date of the transfer, the name and address of the transferor and the name and address of the transferee.
