(a) Any licensee, registered employee of a licensed agency or person working under a signed waiver for a licensed agency shall have on his or her person, during the hours of employment or duty within the City, his or her State license, registration card or copy of a signed waiver, which shall be subject at all times to inspection by any member of the Police Division.
(b) Any private investigator or security guard provider, whenever engaged in the licensee's business, shall produce his or her State license, registration card or waiver upon request by any citizen.
