(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).

(b) Whoever violates Section 840.10(a) shall be fined seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for each false alarm after four in a six-month period.

(c) Whoever violates Section 840.10(b) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
