822.03   LICENSE TERM; FEE.
   A license issued under this chapter shall be effective for not more than forty-five days, but may be renewed for an additional period upon satisfactory proof that the goods itemized in the original application have not been sold. No other such license shall be granted to the same person for one year following the expiration of a previous license or renewal as provided herein. The applicant for a license under this chapter shall pay to the Chief of Police a license fee equal to one-half of one percent of the cost of merchandise listed in the inventory required by Section 822.02, but in no event less than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
