822.02   LICENSE APPLICATION.
   (a)   Upon application to the Chief of Police for a license, the applicant shall make a full disclosure, under oath, of the following information:
      (1)   The true name of the owner of the goods, wares or merchandise to be offered for sale and the name of the operator of the sale, if such operator is a person other than the true owner; and
      (2)   A full and complete inventory of the quantity, kind and character of the articles to be offered for sale, which inventory shall be prepared in the following manner:
         A.   An itemized list of all articles, including the quantities thereof remaining unsold, which have been in stock on the premises where such sale is to be conducted for a period of fifteen days or longer prior to the application for the license;
         B.   An itemized list of all articles and the quantities thereof received in stock on the premises within the fifteen days immediately preceding the application for the license; and
         C.   An itemized list of all articles and the quantities thereof which have been ordered to be placed in stock at such premises during the pendency of the sale and the reason for the urgent and expeditious disposal thereof.
   (b)   All articles itemized as provided in this section shall be goods, wares or merchandise purchased by the applicant for resale on bona fide orders without cancellation privileges and shall not comprise any articles purchased on consignment.
