810.99 GENERAL CODE PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Title Two Business Regulation of Part Eight - the Business Regulation and Taxation Code, for which no other penalty is provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
