(a) Every licensee carrying on a business at a fixed location shall keep his license certificate posted in a prominent place upon the licensed premises. Other licensees shall carry their license certificates at all times and shall exhibit the same to any police officer or resident of the City whenever requested to do so or shall be exhibited as provided in other provisions of this code.
