674.03 NONCOMPLIANCE; REMEDY OF CITY.

If the owner or other persons named herein who are in charge of such lands fails to comply within five days from the date of notice, the Director of Public Service, or their designee, shall cause the noxious weeds or grasses to be cut and destroyed.
