672.16 STORAGE OF EXPLOSIVES.

(a) No person shall store at any time in any powder house or magazine within the corporate limits, a quantity of gunpowder or other similar explosive weighing in excess of 100 pounds.

(1960 Code Sec. 38.14)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
