672.14   POINTING AND DISCHARGING FIREARMS AND OTHER WEAPONS.
   (a)   Except as provided in divisions (c), (d) and (e) of this section, no person shall discharge any firearm in violation of State of Ohio or Federal law within the corporate limits of the Municipality.
   (b)   Except as provided below, no person shall, intentionally point or aim a sling or arrow at or toward another or fling or shoot a sling or arrow so pointed or aimed.
   (c)   This section does not extend to cases in which firearms, slings or arrows are used in self-defense, in the discharge of official duty or in justifiable homicide.
   (d)   This section shall not prohibit the firing of a military salute or the firing of weapons by members of the Armed Forces of the United States acting under military authority.
   (e)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
