672.025   POSSESSION OF DEADLY WEAPON WHILE UNDER DETENTION.
   (a)   “Detention” and “detention facility” have the same meanings as in Section 606.01 of this General Offenses Code.
   (b)   No person under detention at a detention facility shall possess a deadly weapon.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of possession of a deadly weapon while under detention, a misdemeanor of the first degree, provided that the offender, at the time of the commission of the offense, was under detention as an alleged or adjudicated delinquent child or unruly child, and provided, further, that at the time the offender commits the act for which the offender was under detention it would not be a felony if committed by an adult, and provided, further, that the offender, at the time of the commission of the offense, was not under detention in any other manner. The penalty shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
