642.24 UNAUTHORIZED POSSESSION OF MUNICIPAL PROPERTY.

(a) No person, without being duly authorized, shall have in his control or possession any equipment, tools, implements or other property belonging to the City.

(ORC 5589.12; 1960 Code Sec. 64.22)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
