872.04 EFFECTIVE DATES.

This chapter shall only be in effect from the effective date of a declaration of a public health emergency that contains any restrictions on the operations of eating and drinking establishments, until ninety days after eating and drinking establishments are permitted to operate at 100% capacity with no restrictions.
