(a)
Council may meet in Executive Session, excluding any person it deems appropriate, for any reason consistent with Ohio public meeting law.
(b) Confidential matters discussed in any Executive Session shall not be disclosed to those outside the meeting.
(c) Any person disclosing such confidential matters to persons not in the Executive Session shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the 1st degree.
