(a) For purpose of this chapter, the term, "customer" shall refer to any business, institution, residence, or person who has been provided, is being provided, or will be provided with any wireless or fixed broadband services from the City of Fairlawn under this chapter or under any agreement or contract with the City or FairlawnGig. The definition of "customer" shall include any member of the customer's family who resides at the same residence as the customer or any other person who resides at the same residence as the customer.
(b) For purposes of this chapter and for purposes of any agreement with any customer, the term, "subscriber," shall have the same meaning as "customer" as defined herein.
