850.15 SECONDHAND ARTICLES WITH UNIQUE IDENTIFIERS.

No secondhand dealer shall purchase, trade, or accept for pawn any secondhand article known to be manufactured with a serial number or similar identifier if the serial number or other identifier has been altered, obstructed or removed.
