850.07 CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP, INTEREST, OR EMPLOYEES.

Every licensee, under the provisions of this chapter, shall inform the Police Department in writing, within ten business days of any significant change in persons owning or having an interest in the business. For purposes of this section, a significant change in business ownership shall mean a transfer or change of thirty percent or more of ownership rights in the business.
