281.13 DECISION OF BOARD.

The Board shall issue findings of fact and its decision may affirm, reverse, modify, dismiss, or grant a variance from the notice and order by a majority vote of the members of the Board who are present at the hearing. The appellant, the Law Director and the Residential Chief Building Official shall be notified in writing of the findings of the Board.
