1026.19   USE OF CITY-OWNED STRUCTURES AND FACILITIES FOR WIRELESS SERVICES.
   For purpose of providing wireless service, a collocation of a small cell facility by an operator to a wireless support structure owned by the City and located in the public right-of-way may be permitted under the following circumstances:
   (a)   The operator complies with the provisions of this chapter and any reasonable conditions imposed by the Director of Public Service or his designee to ensure that the collocation does not interfere with the services provided by the City; and
   (b)   The operator agrees to pay an annual service fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per small cell facility that is collocated on a wireless support structure owned by the City and located in the public right-of-way.
