208.03 VACANCY IN THE OFFICE OF COUNCILPERSON.

(a) A Councilperson failing to comply with the requirements of this chapter shall be disqualified from office.

(b) A disqualification from office of Councilperson and/or a vacancy in the Office of Councilperson shall be determined and filled in accordance with the provisions of the City of Fairlawn Charter.
