1264.02 MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE DENSITY.

The gross density shall not exceed the number of dwelling units resulting from the minimum lot area as specified in Section 1264.05. The maximum number of dwelling units permitted for a particular site shall be calculated by:

(a) Deducting any public right-of-way within the project boundary existing at the time the site plan is submitted; and,

(b) Dividing the result of subsection (a) by the minimum lot area specified in Section 1264.05.
