1224.04 TRAFFIC IMPACT ANALYSIS.
   (a)   In addition to the preliminary plans as outlined in this chapter, the proponent of any subdivision or other major construction project, when so directed by the Planning Commission and/or Council, shall submit a traffic impact analysis to be completed at the proponent's cost. Said traffic impact analysis shall be submitted at least forty (40) days before the meeting of the Planning Commission at which preliminary approval of the project is to be given or at a time directed by Council. The traffic impact analysis shall be completed by a traffic engineer or traffic consulting firm licensed in The State of Ohio.
